About the authors:
 Stephen Fort MD, BSc, MB, CHB, MRCP, FRCPC is a Staff Cardiologist at Sunnybrook and Women's College Health Sciences Centre in Toronto, and Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Toronto. He is an internationally recognized expert in interventional cardiology and cardiac imaging.
 Victoria K. Foulger RN, BPhil is a chartered herbalist and former cardiac research nurse. She has cared for hundreds of patients in coronary care, intensive care units, and cardiac catheterization laboratories. Her research interests include the communications needs of patients undergoing angiography.
